Yes, this is par excellence!

It’s not exactly a secret that you know what you are doing. This mix is notable for two reasons. One: you allowed the emotion in the vocal to come through in a million different ways. I was in on a sort of zoom panel discussion with Brian Eno and Laurie Anderson and I think both of them were saying that one of the hallmarks of stuff being made now is that you can hear the anatomy of a singer, from the breath to the sounds the mouth makes, and this allows for so much more intimacy in the experience. This is a feature and not a bug familiar to anyone on this site who has ever worked with any kind of vocal be it sung or spoken. It is one of the joys of working with stuff here.

Two: you are so careful with what you add and you are not afraid to leave things open. This is sparse. The swells of pads are huge because the rest of the soundscape is not overwhelming. Very well done indeed. My very nit picking headphones have no negatives to report!

I had lost this gem. There are too many details to remember and of which I was fascinated. Everything leads to perfection, packed with a frosted and sweet sound.
