Wow - incredible what you did with that acapella! Made me goose bumps. Especially when watching your new avatar.

love how your new icon matches this song. you are truly f*cking brilliant. i don’t know how you do it — truly re-imagining and rewriting the song, enriching it, expanding it, evolving it. Your production is genius. Your guitar work delicate and provoking. Melodic changes and shifts refreshing. Great counter-synth line as the song crescendo and lifts to the open space of the fall. Your subtle vocals adding color and dimension. Great arrangement. Mysterious. Deepening. Beautiful. Thank you Jeff. I am in love with this (and dropped everything immediately receiving the upload notification).

…actually you do still swear in a new but appropriate place, but I don’t think you will find it or does it need a NSFW :-)

Not much I can add to what Snowflake said…truly epic. I was also transfixed watching your avatar whilst listening to it, perfectly fitting!

Excellent piece of work here!

The engineering is first class as you make everything take its place around the vocal creating a wonderful audio experience.

Reminds me of the great balance me Mum got when making one of her divine steak and kidney pies!

Waited to play this out on speakers before commenting. This is incredibly atmospheric, more like a film than a song. I can’t help thinking Kate Bush when I hear it. I’ve always seen Emily’s voice as carrying so much strength and emotion, but this is something else altogether. Though I have not read the books I cannot help but think this song would be very at home on a soundtrack for a film version in the Shades of Grey trilogy. (everything I know about the books comes from hearing older ladies discussing it at the hair salon, I swear…;-) …)
