Perfect haunting vocal, clever lyrics and pitch perfect.
I agree with you about the piano and the way that CCM throws up inspirational gems like this one.
This is the new economy.
I was thinking of singing against this one, but lassoed Anchor instead.
Cheers

Technical mastery in the music world is not that uncommon. Studios around the world are full of people who can fly the faders, twist the dials and press the buttons with enviable dextrity.

Your work always shows you are in that league but your recent work now shows that you are also amongst the relative few who know what moves the soul as well.

Great song and sung with feeling and class.

I’m proud of you again!

You’ve a fine set of pipes on you sir.

I don’t have a lot to say, I think the comments above cover most of what I think about this track. Its an excellent and open display of your vocal ability.

Kudos to you

…and you can be very pleased about it. This has so much quality. I don_t know if I express it right (English not motherlanguage..you know) but I think you grow on your own vocals.

But now say the truth, you and Javier had been together in studio, right??

Amen, Loveshadow - contributing to, sampling from, and working with other people and their work on this site has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done with music. While the interview was a blast to remix and work with, I agree, it’s too easy to forget about something like this when the potential to remix “established” artists is out there - but hearing this makes me wonder why we subscribe to that system at all, when there’s such mellifluous music out there already. This is beautiful - like someone else said, it reminds me a lot of a hymn, in Javier’s melodies and your excellent words and singing.
