I was at a poetry reading last week and someone asked one of the poets what her favorite poem was of her own and I think she answered but I said it should always be the next one I’ll write. The act of creating is what it is all about.

Glad you got Ed Picked (I was about to do it but Siobhan beat me!). Your choir of backing vocals is amazing!!! And your treatment of Panu’s vocals is masterful. This entire song is incredible! Each note, each placement, each rhythm. The ending left me wanting more :)

Climbing the Nashville charts to number 1. I can just imagine you Jeff, in the boots and the stenson hat, sliding the faders, as the old Macon boy dives in for another hit song.

The backing vocals here really work. One could play this live in Fort Worth and never have anyone guess it came from anywhere but Texas.

I could easily see .38 Special or Orleans having a huge hit with this in 1982- a really fond and sweet treatment of a catchy panu tune

Sounds like someone built a timemachine and is taking us back to the easy listening sounds of the 70’s. :) I love it.
