I actually probably need to do another vocal, because there is noise on the track that I didn’t catch at the time I recorded it and I just haven’t had time to re-do it. The piano is coming straight out of a Yamaha S90ES KB. The vocal and piano are 320 kbs mp3s. At the risk of sounding dumb, how do you do a lossless flac?

Loseless flac - simple. Record and save as wav file and convert it with Freemake Audio Converter or any other file converter you may find. (when fresh installing always sellect advanced option as they tend to install bundled adware these days.)
It’s basically free converter very handy for such works. MP3-s even with 320k still are loss and very hard to work with as the upper bandwidth is cut away and they introduce lots of audio artifacts. The same for photos and jpg. Professional photographers always work on RAW format not jpg when they can.
