Someone once told me (regarding grief) to let yourself feel everything you feel… even the anger (which was the hard one for me)… don’t judge it… just let it flow… feel it deeply. Beautiful singing and powerful delivery of the spoken word sections. The parts seem disparate but you’ve somehow managed to make them work together, through a combination of musical alchemy and sheer force of personalty. The emotions really come through. I’m also trying to process a bereavement and have been more or less creatively paralysed, so kudos for being able to achieve this. I hope the process has been of some help to you as well.
