Well firstly let me say I like this but I would have liked it more if the mix had taken me somewhere. Got the feeling all the time that suddenly something really big was gonna happen but then we just kept rolling along!!
Shame as the feel you have got here and the percussive groove are great. Just being greedy but wanted more variety!!:) |

I with radiotimes to a degree here, but, like so many other things around here, I think this one will be downloaded as a sample to be used and abused! After all, everything disappears…And yes, you have a nice groove going here, may be useful for a current project…

Sir Duck
I listened to several of your recent uploads this morning. I decided this one was the one which most resonated with me. There is something very searching about the vocal and the expansive backing music….almost emblematic, heraldic. Enjoyed it and it induced a good feeling. Side note: I do not feel qualified to comment on your hip-hop offerings. Its not a genre that I understand completely or like, so I usually do not review. I realize by revealing that, I am, no doubt cast into the ranks of the way-uncoolest, but it is the truth. Lets hope the mixters don’t come after me like the mob in Frankenstein with clubs and torches to do me in! lol. |

“…THERE he is! GET HIM!!” ;-)
Seriously, though- thanks for checking this one out, and as for the whole hip-hop thing? I can only hope you stumble across some form of it that floats your boat someday, but if not, oh well; I myself can’t seem to appreciate boiled peanuts, fish paste, or chicken livers, no matter how hard some friends want me to… |
