Hey..Abhi..! Good work on this one.The way you mix the triple rythmn of the bass and double one of the drums is a good idea. Sax and guitar are really welcome and bring to this track a cool jazzy ambiance. Maybe would it be interesting to go farther in your idea, if for example, you try to use a drum “less” hip-hop, but more jazzy or “be-bop”. I just want to mean that if you try to mix different “culture”, you could take a completely different direction. If you take an “hip-hop” acappella and an “hip-hop” rythmn, it stays an “hip-hop” track, but if you use the same acappella on another rythmn, jazzy or reggae or anything else, it becomes another song. I hope that i’m enough clear, it’s not easy with my english sometimes, i just try to give you some others “keys” for the remix, those that i use sometimes.

Thanks a lot!!!
I realy appreciate your caring for how i make my remixes. i totally understand what you’re saying!!! I will try to put out a second version but for this one i was wanting to make a rap song inspired by “Jurassic 5” dont know if you’ve heard of them but they make nice jazz hip hop beats. anyway ill try to make this sound a bit more jazzy!!! Thanks!!!! ABZ |

I think I’ve mentioned it before but I love the way you always push yourself to try new things. Great mix. :)
