The slight swing to the rhythm and what sounds like a sax (is that the EWI I’m hearing?) gives it a jazzy feeling, like a rhythm section on windchimes backing a sax.
Anyway, I know I over-analyze things. I like it, is what I mean to say. |

I like it too. It does have a kind of relaxed jazzy feel in parts. Sometimes it is like stumbling through a dream…listening in to an indecipherable conversation.

I do understand Norwegian even if the words sometimes are hard to percieve through the music. It’s as if your music has added an element of alienation between the two characters. Spooky but good.

Unsettling… and yesss… dreamy (nod to deb)… though kinda nightmarish… seems like the kind of dream that gets multiple visits… like a murder mystery night after night… or a game of Clue.
I dig that slurring sax… This is a neat track… you sent me places… |

Intriguing piece. I’m curious about this USB EWI (Electronic Wind Instrument) I could look it up, of course, but I wonder what you think of it. Is it fairly responsive? Thanks for using my sample :)

In re EWI: I like it a lot. It comes with software that allows you to set, well probably everything; instruments, fingering mode, responsiveness, sound (reverb, etc). One thumb rests on rollers that change the octave, the other between pads that change the pitch. The mouthpiece can be squeezed (bitten) to pinch the sound as well. I’ve never handled a real wind instrument so I can’t compare. I will say that I was a little surprised at how much breath it takes to play, but maybe I just haven’t found the button that adjusts that yet, or maybe that’s just how realistic it is. Anyway it’s the relatively inexpensive (under $300) Akai if you want to look it up.

Oh Speck! If you only knew… what a fit!!! I just arrived LA - watching the sunset at Venice beach… waiting for SackJo22 and HEJ31 ‘to take me to dinner’. This is spaced out… the text’s a match like no other. The sounds are hauntingly marvelous! I’m dazzled! What a mind-blowing piece!!!
ps: I can send you an english translation at the end of the week - but Per might be faster… Cheers!!! b.k. |

Really Nice. The only one thing I would say is that I dont think it even needs the vocal snippets, its outstanding as it is.

a great song - another one. the stem is extremely useful btw, to be used ‘as is’ and also to cut up for mapping in kontakt (only time is an issue there, to get it right)

Well now.
I’ve missed the hell out of this. So pleased to return and find a back-log of your music to come back to. Thanks for continuing to share this. |
