Her, and holy crap this is sooooo good. Thank you so much! I love how perfectly this track works and it’s fitting that the music from the little game OST happens to fit a vocal from a song with the same name. :) I’m trying to pick this apart to figure out which elements you used from which track.

Some pieces will be difficult to discern as stems, because I cut and shifted and edited and effected things to pretty crazy extremes in spots!! The loops and bass are obvious though LOL Thank you for such awesome stems!!! |

Unfortunately no, the game is not available online anywhere. It was web-based and the developer hasn’t bothered to keep it working.
Also I don’t know why the ?s disappeared from the URLs on my song posts since they were there when I posted it! Weird. But regardless the game isn’t accessible anymore anyway. |

It took so many attempts to get that piano part right at the end (embarrassingly, I’ve never learned how to work with midi so I record live) — and my left arm really hurt after all of those banging eighth notes in the bass clef. thanks for appreciating my efforts LOL

I love the beats, clean with swing, and then the breaks are tasty treats…many layers here, and the melody ties it all together. May we all carry on through the chaotic changes like the way this song carries through …with love!

There’s a hint of neo-soul to this, I hope I’ve heard that right. :) I love all the vocals, and the interplay with the stems.
And of course, the lyrics are spot on and super-topical, without being preachy in the least. Just macro-life lessons for the world. You’ve done so much really terrific Secret Mixter work, you could probably make an album out of just that. :) |

Listening to this for the 2nd time. This time round, I checked out the source stems (very comprehensive set!). And having attempted a bit of lyrics writing recently, I’m even more impressed how you make lyrics writing seem effortless (though I’m sure it’s alot of work). Beautiful work.
