I am a big fan of David Lean and as soon as i heard this i thought of Dr Zhivago. The harmonium type sounds and Kaers almost Russian accent.
You have a great sense of theatre in your work, its been said before but worth repeating. |

Some “Artistes” believe that the random picking of sounds slung together in some ad hoc fashion can create a truly remarkable piece of avant garde music.
Not so as the really great exponents of this genre are all very talented musicians who are taking their skills and using them to create alternative works. And so it is here. Very clever use of the sounds and underpinned with a musicality that makes the mix work. Give yourself a nice biscuit!! |

It’s so whimsical, if I close my eyes I can see KT doing a old time musicall number (for some reason with bangles on her ankles and a fruit baskets on her head.) This of course could be wishful thinking on my part :-)

I admit, I had a few listens to absorb, but it is really a complex thing. Dissonance with purpose, and very mid 60s dramatic cinema, echoing RT & LS up there. The accordian is amazing. This takes it beyond the whirling dirvish, to a barren infertile plain, however (narva9) no fruit! Maybe bangles though:). Thanks for this great mix.

I was cruising the mixter and I decided to delve into a little semi-recent Old Dog history. Imagine my happiness in finding this piece. It’s beautiful. I am consistently surprised and delighted by the stuff you come up with, sir.
