Vast, wide, smooth, everything in its right place. I’d like to hear less mids on the vocal — more of a transistorr radio effect — I think it would help the lyrics cut through, and also have less of a “flat feeling”. Pure rhythmic magic at that one minute mark. Yes, now you really have me. One of the best secret mixter submissions. Thank you for the KILLER stems. Looking forward to working with them. Would love in addition an instrumental mix stem if you have time. Excellent quality — musically and technically.

Vocals were very hard to work with for me, there was a lot of background noise for me to clean out, hums, hisses, static and such. If it weren’t for that, my treatment would have been vastly different.
I’ll add the instrumental stem for this as soon as I finish this response :-) |

Atmosphère agréable, une partie rythmique bien travaillée et une histoire vivante tout au long de l’écoute, avec des montées d’énergie et de volumes bien fait.

Completely engaging… and yeah, trance-inducing. The beats and synth are so hypnotic… very cool.

Even though it isn’t actually trance as defined by the genre, I tried to convey that feeling using a more refined and mellow sound, softer drums and acoustic guitars to capture a slightly less intense sound with that emotive quality. I’m happy you liked it, that means a lot to me as well.

Those strums carry me away on that driven beat while I muse about the concept of ‘trance.’ I love liquid sounds, and those rez-drips that first appear at :21 make it all the sweeter :) Hopefully, cyba reconsiders keeping that spoken word on ccMixter ;) |
