dude, this is excellent. it’s a much different take than the merkaba version, which is great as it forces me to abandon any real comparison (which would be tough given how good his is). it starts out a bit slow for me but definitely builds into a nice pocket, and i loved the little short reprise outro with the guitar, great subtle touch. just my 2 cents, i think the vox track could come down just a pinch in volume, but maybe thats just me. synch wise, it works really great. good job man.

The more mixes I hear of this song, the more I’m grooving to it. Good stuff. I like the minimal approach you took.

I agree with Jack the vocals are just a little too in front - I prefer to have them sit “in the mix” a little more - in fact the mix in general could use a little more blending.

But the arrangment…. ooooooooooo….really perfect.
