Tell us about the excellent intro vocal.

The vocal is performed by an artist who for contractual reasons must remain anonymous. That said she makes a great cup of tea as well!

Typically, private websites (like Slice or 99vocals) that sell vocals to members explicitly forbid the vocalist being identified.
I want to check the terms and conditions regarding if the website itself can be identified — can you let us know where you got the recording from?

I never normally divulge outside sources I have used as it is not always just the sample sites rules and conditions but most of the artists I use are also members of the Musicians Union (UK)and AFM in USA which frown upon the artist offering their services at non standard rates or worse still for free.

That’s good to know, something I hadn’t considered before as far as the rules of a union an artist belongs to.
To clarify, you wouldn’t be able to say where you got this particular sample from because it could be used to identify the artist?

Very interesting interpretation/adaptation of Emily’s poem. I like the intro and the way the music weaves throughout. Excellent. Cheers!
