This has a real mixed feeling taking me back to Depeche Mode crossed with what I don’t know. It feels as though it could use a bit of verb on the vocals to my taste, especially in some areas, but really nice treatment.

I respect the fact that you and my intuition were saying the same thing about the vocals. I thought that heavy verb might take away from the song. Like you said it could do well in certain places so I will give it a try.
Thanks for the comment. Check back in a few days, I have many more Ideas! |

What a pleasant surprise of a remix. It’s almost if I heard a touch of James Bond guitar in there, too - which strikes me very appropriate for this song about a stranger.
However for some reason, this remix doesn’t show up with the customary “play” button like most of the others. And it prevents it from being played in the various playlists on this site. That is typically because of an mp3 encoding, which the mp3 player on this site can’t handle. I noticed that it is encoded in 64kbps mp3 - so you may want to try something a bit higher quality, like 128kbps or even 192 kbps, because the file size limit here is rather generous at 10MB. It will also make the remix sound crisper. In any case, a nice first remix here for you. I hope there will be lots more. /spinmeister (one half of amt) |

All the little shifts and dynamic touches, as well as the melodic anchor maintained, make this an easy recommend for me!
