Besides Lisa’s great singing I especially like the lyrics of this song. As I first heard the vocals I was not really listening to the lyrics (and not being an English native speaker helps with this…) and it all sounds sweet, nice and relaxed. But while listening to it again and understanding what this song is all about I was really impressed. Her sweet and soft voice stands in opposite to the fear and paranoia she is singing about. But as you look closer to it, her gentle voice suddenly makes sense while she becomes friend with her madness…

So the idea of this remix was to support this two sides: On the one hand there is the nice and soft piano in the verse, on the other hand there is the down tuned heavy guitar blasting you away in the chorus - but all fit together. Seems like good needs evil…
