Very beautiful, very cool. Another example of your subbtle sense of the composition/combination. The beat, the pad, everything fit perfectly with the voice of Kaer. Really cool atmosphere.
A friend of mine (who has met Sheb), love this kind of music. I’ll try send to her this remix of Kaer. She will adore, i’m sure.

subscribe! teru, this is lisciuos and great song, so it’s a shame that we don’t see a reverbed voice, seems mik’ed in the bedroom.

This is ridiculously superb get-your-groove-on music. Sultry, intense, yet so smooth and chill. Perfect for a night with that special someone, when you’ve got all the time in the world…

First class mix with a great feel all the way through.

I would have liked the vox a little more to the front in the mix personally but still lots to like about this one!

The floor is not just any wooden floor, but the richest mahogany, burnished daily to give it that wonderful red that is mid-way between glow and shine. The air is warm here—warm like a match, lighting a cigar. The walls are rich, deep pastels, punctuated by art. The artworks are the intricate and alive string art of the Huichol native people from Jalisco in Mexico—intricate tales, half-told, often-hinted.

Within the room stand huge cases—walnut and glass, a contrast with everything around. In a less civilized time, these cases would be humidors, filled with cigars from Cuba and the Dominican Republic. In this more enlightened era, the cases are little dynamos of cool air, filled with songs just like this one.

Through a one-tenth open window, off in the distance, a woods thrush song edges into the background; “Tut, tut, oh-lay-oh- leeeee, Tut, tut, oh-lay-oh- leeeee”. There’s a palpable surge of delight as the bird voices what everyone is thinking.

In the center of row upon row of cases, a museum of songs lovingly protected from the elements, two people stand, entertwined, enrapt in one another and in birdsong and chill song and the poetry of thrushes.

It doesn’t matter who they are or what they look like or will it last or will they kiss or if there is a single milli-second of life existing past the moment when their eyes connect, and this song is playing, and they have, for a moment, found a chill, downtempo version of eternal life.

A wonderful mix—I don’t know how I missed it before. It’s the right way to start my Christmas Eve. A wonderful ‘pella, too—like a cool chill longing for a Summer filled with warblers.
