I love it! Very nice sound…reminiscent of whalesong (intended?)

thanks!! :) is whalesong a band? someone else had mentioned that it sounded like there were whale sounds in there, but it’s just vocals and weird delays…

this is beautiful. i love how the piano section transitions into the string section. panu’s vocals are amazing and you’ve made them sound even more gorgeous. are you doubling his vocal and doing the backing vox?

the second main mellow section is also quite nice.

and then the movement into the strong rhythm section builds and drives the song deeply home - really great change!

lovely ending to tie the entire thing together. i really dig this mix. this is the first secret mixter track i’ve listened to this round! what a wonderful way to begin. thank you.

this is lovely artistry.

One of the best remixes of Panu’s material I’ve ever heard. The beauty, the production and the musicality…how very inspirational.

Yo, I owe you an apology, In a previous remix (i.e.) Yesterday I type cast you into a specific genre. I now retract that statement. You are definitely so much more. Brilliant job sir, to both you and The PM.

Peace! ;)-

And this is how you separate the men from the boys with their fancy toys. You know the score and you score it well, State Shirt. I love what you’ve done with Panu’s pellas in this mix… it’s simply divine.

I agree with St. Paul - this is a brilliant setting for PM’s vocals. You’ve also done that rare thing of bringing out what’s unique about your source material and also putting your own touch on it.

Stellar work.

i like everything about this track.
the chopping on the vocal, the B/T,
the everchanging rhythm. plus you get triple mixtah points for incorporating a build in what started as a folk song. thanks, man. great job.

What a tremendous job you did here. We are Boats is already one of my favorite Panu songs (it gets stuck in my head and I sing it to myself all the time). Your treatment takes it to a new level altogether combining emotion, beauty, drama and dynamics. Bravo x 3!

what a great buildup you pull off here. great harmonies but the pad/string stuff, and then the high vocal harmony pads you do, outstanding! really terrific arrangement.

Panu pop. Inspired. Top notch both in spirit and execution. It’s got to be featured on the best of panu moon CD.
