As a representative of the minority that don’t do chest shaving, I hereby protest against the preconceptions about us in today’s society….But sericously, a very good house groove in this one, Scomber. The heavy bass is what does it, I guess. Good Job!

Thanks Per, you should consider flying south next winter to Oz. The women are buff and the fellas are hairy. For the record I don’t have a hairy back, and can’t walk in high heels. :-/

I remember once. I’m standing in a bar. A not-very-sober girl standing beside me. She starts to talk to me. She stares with horror in her eyes at what is visible of my upper chest/neck and says: “My god, your chest is too hairy”. I look at her and say “Just wait until you get to see the back”. She walks away.

Ooooh HOT, Scombers, just like you. Let’s get it together under that glitter ball. I think your Mum’s moves are great and my chest hair’s more luxuriant than Per’s. x

Not sure about girls with luxurious chest hair, even if my mum liked them :-/ Thanks Cig, meet you under the mirror ball if I can locate my white linen jacket that I flung off just as nutbush city limits started up. S x

Damn, that bass is nice, as is the rest of the song. Just when you think that you’ve heard the best you have to offer (which is quite impressive already) you come up with this funky beast. Have I already told you that I like that bass?

for me you’ll always be more than just a pretty bass. this is the perfect ‘acoustic’ mix of the drip,
and i think it fair to say you’ve honed the skills to brave any genre in your incarnation as Scomber 535. now you have become the uber-Scomber with a skill bank dedicated to makin’ people feel good. which this track DOES!

Thanks Panu, just listening to your track “sacrifice” over & over, great lyrics and performance is spot on, got to do something with this, particularly after listening to the scratch version. Cheers S

I was in a car accident a few months ago that landed me in physical therapy (nothing serious). One day, the physical therapist, an adorable, petite lady with a doll’s face, long black hair and very strong hands (she was responsible for the deep tissue massage), while prodding my tender neck, suddenly burst out with great ardour and an abundance of conviction, “I am ready for a vacation with a big hairy man.”

Love it.

I already had a listen to it a few hours ago and now I wanted to tell you, that this awesome remix made my day. It carries in all ways a splendid summer feel as in these days the weather is like it should be in summer and I put that on my mp3 player and I was riding with my bike a lot.

Really one of my favorat of you!

Scombastic!

Glad you liked it Joe, wishing summer was here in the southern hemisphere, though I can hardly complain about winter in Sydney; 20 deg C, not a cloud in the sky. Not really a disco dog, so I’m glad you think I pulled it off. S

Just wondering… what’s the recipe to crank out remixes each other day or so?
You really didn’t need to drop that 365 project, hehe :P

Unbridled enthusism? Too much time on my hands? Reformed perfectionist?
The last one is probably the most accurate. For the past 20 years I’ve been creating music that very rarely left my bedroom; nothing was good enough - this site has given me the confidence to put out anything, cooked or uncooked and not give a f*ck about what people think. I’ve discovered that some people like sushi more than a slow cooked stew. I’m constantly surprised and inspired by the wealth of talent and variety on ccM.
Thanks SCM !

I’m always that fool. Doing the john travolta when the bus stop is required…
This is certainly disco… you clearly have a talent at writing a plethora of styles - you seem to be able to jump around several genres with ease… that shows a skill (and knowledge) in each… Cool.

Nice effects on the vocal btw
