I sure like that little space-music intro. The vox and strings then segue in very nicely. The way the sound pans a bit is good.

The little bass line is nice. I’d like to hear it a bit up in the mix, but I respect the quiet of the mix.

Just when I thought a break was due, you put one in around 1:18.
The mix really complements the vocals and fits very nicely.

This is an outstanding job.

The little electro-beats might come up further in the mix. The bass line is too nice to be this deeply buried. The synth and the virtual strings wash are nice, and that little “satellite beep” is very good.

The creaking sounds at 3:30 have a cricket-like downtempo appeal.

The vocal sample “come out come out wherever you are” is a very good way to extro the piece, especially with that ending guitar line right after.

This is an excellent mix, and an excellent way to share your CC music.

You take a lot of space music conventions, re-invent them in a nice downtempo chill, and make them sound fresh again.

Great job! skillful arrangement, nice blending of sounds. All in all I give it 5*****. The one small nit-pick I’ll mention is that “for whom the bell tolls” line in the 1st vox. That makes me cringe; It’s become a trite expression. If it were me (which it’s not) I’d supplant that with a foreshadow of the 2nd vocal. just an idea…good job!

I haven’t found the point but the floating definitely exists. I love this piece of music because it has surprises as well as a very nice integration and understanding of the used “voices”.
