There are times when the individual elements stray a bit too far from each other for my taste - but when it works it’s very good.
I’ve listened to it four times already and each time it shows me something new. Not a lot of music does that for me, so that makes it rather special. |

Quote: SpeckIt’s like that. I like that.
And I like that too. To me this is a bit like a planetary system of heavenly bodies that have irregular rotation cycles. When the planets line up (particularly in the last third of your track) it’s the sort of thing that will make people do improbable things. And improbable is good. |

The use of Row You Boat in this setting conjures images of surreal cartoon anxiety so that the phrase “Life is But a Dream” stands out as a pointed message, and for me, the core of the piece.

Agree with Panu, elegant and confident. I don’t see the planetery system of heavenly bodies, though. I see a slowly moving boat in a slowly moving stream. In a very strange but enchanted jungle. As usual, your art expands the imagination of the listener.

I have no clue how you concieve the idea to mash this set of sounds. Clearly makes me think of Sun Ra. Unique motion, Speck.

I was floating smoothly along with this - relaxing, slightly exotic - and then all these deliciously unsettling threads start insinuating themselves. I love it, Speck! xxxx
