Ain’t that one of the hottest beds to lay a track on, Miss Richards? Now is even hotter with those dangerously sexy house vocals you’ve just dropped on there. Rrrr B-)

Awwwz - I just read the unfortunate event that inspired the song… Sorry for you loss; cats are definitely filled with strong energy. I also have an unfortunate story involving cat”s” that happened this week as well… I’ll share it on an email or something though - don’t want to perpetuate the sadness. But cheer up! Your cat and mine have taken the form of grovalicious beings somewhere in the stratosphere thanks to their passing through our lives no matter how long or brief. BTW: Pop! ;-)

It hasn’t been your best time lately. Wonderfull to see that despite that (or maybe because of it) you still manage to make great remixes.
I’d like to dance in the rain on this but fortunatly we have a very sunny spring

Anyway I wish you all the best

come to San Diego! it is usually quite sunny here, but it seems fitting we’ve had so much rain with all of our challenges. but, ‘April showers bring may flowers’ and ‘out of the mud grows the lotus’. peace my friend.

Filled with release, washing away the mud of life and moving forward, dancing in the rain is good for the soul.

Up in the sky, the clouds take the shape of a smiling cat looking down on you knowingly.

Shades of Shock the Monkey comes to mind to me when listening this. Nicely done Snowflake! Very infectious. Sorry to hear about Charlie :(. I feed 6 strays around here. It started with one and I guess word gets spread :)

I love that you feed six strays - what a darling you must be. Yes, Shock the Monkey - when I was working on this track, it felt very Gabriel to me but I couldn’t pinpoint which song - thank you!

There’s nothing I can say to convey how freakin’ great this song is, snowflake. I think I’m just going to hang up my loops now and simply fade away into obscurity.

You are a true artist who not only can transform experience into something beautiful, but who also continually pushes and grows. Once again, dear Snowflake, you have blown me away! (I’m sad about Charlie too. He was sweetness.)

Wonderful, wonderful pop dance track with so many intricate textures, pauses, details… and those vocals! Those fun words! And the ending just sealed it! This is just fabulous.

As a mega-kitty lover myself, I feel for you big time. This is such a positive tribute… it’s so tender that you found healing in the rain. Take care.

I’ve never heard a remix like this from yours. You have really worked on this, and you take a rather different style from usual, which is always a sign of creativity. Go on and surprise us!

You certainly did channel the vibe from Peter Gabriel IV here in wonderful fashion… sorry to hear about Charlie, I’d had to say goodbye to a cat I loved too, a few years back.

Ditto all previous positive comments, Snowflake.
It’s especially inspirational that you’ve managed to transform a sad moment in your life into something that gives joy to the rest of us.

Can’t add much what hasn’t been written before, but…

Quote from ‘Samples I Used’ “…but I have no idea what he’s saying. If anyone can translate, I’d love it!”

He’s saying

Wunderbare Welt der Amnesie
Ich wache auf, war gestern wohl wieder stramm wie nie
Meine Zeit, mein Ort
Jetzt und hier
Ich fuehl mich nicht wie neu geboren
Aber existiert wohl erst seit jetzt in mir
keine Erinnerung, die das widerlegt

Which roughly means

Wonderful world of amnesia
I wake up, yesterday was probably once again (‘stramm’ here means ‘completely drunk’) like never
My time, my place
Here and now
I do not feel like new born
But it’s existing probably only since now no memory, which refutes that
