The pulsing at the beginning is cool,even as I’m moving the volume knobs on my computer down a bit. The pulsing bass-end is powerful—almost throbbing. I like the pound of the percussion. By 1:07 I’m ready for more to happen, and then more begins to happen at 1:10. I like that light extended drone melody in the background. I like it a lot when the beats stop and we just have the drone. It makes me think the whole piece might have been more fun if kept beatless. The little bits of electronica toy-piano-sci-fi-computer-readout are great. The synths are powerful in this piece, and used pretty effectively, though I prefer the melody and the little special fx to the rhythm section. The raucous electronica “solo” at 3:07 is interesting, and timed well to leaven up the piece. It’s just on the border of too loud, and it’s good when it fades back a bit.

This is an interesting piece. I like its ambient moments better than its electro-rock instincts. Overall, though, it’s a fun listen, and a good mix. The levels seemed a bit high to my ears, but maybe it’s just the cool headphones I’m wearing and not the mix.

Very emotional. I ‘m feeling this. I’m not feeling LOVE on this but i’m feeling good because of it.
