This is really great. I appreciate a song where the music tells as much of a great story as the vocal does. The music mirrors parts of the vocal melody very well. These are the finds I move to my ipod without doubt. Its not the usual track I’m instantly drawn to, but once in a while, I’ll find a gem thats different and really captures my attention, demanding multiple plays in any one sitting. Nice work.

great story telling and lyrics…sweet and sentimental without being overwrought or cloying…that oboe is very fine indeed. |

listened to this a couple of times and will listen more once its on my ipod. Actually makes me a very sad but take that as showing thats it well done—its one of those stare at the screen and forget everything else mixes. Well done RT-I wonder what became of old Mr Johnson?

great arrangement, and while the guitar and bass is nice, as is the oboe, the strength here is your singing, which is both unique and really good on this. it really sets the mood for the whole piece.
