Not sure to understand..but it seems that you’ve written and sung a new melody on the Ghost’s play back..? If it is..that’s perfectly by osmosis..really magnificent. I hear like an accent in your voice.. from where..? (if it’s not indiscreet of course).

Hi ditto ditto,

I never really thought of it that way but “yes” to the new melody and lyrics. When I listened to _ghost’s beautiful composition everything came in a flash. It was as if the lyrics/melody were already there….at least playing in my head from the beginning. Oh yeah and I had just started reading a book on buddhism by the Dalai Lama…so that also may have been a contributing factor. I hope I did _ghost’s composition justice.

As for the accent…I guess that’s relative. I am from the Pacific Northwest. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Now I don’t think I have an accent but then again everyone here speaks as I do….:-) Where are you located.

Oh..! sorry if my question seemed suspicious, it was really not my intention, but sometimes (on ccmixter) it’s not easy to understand “who makes what”, and about your “accent”, i just hear something of “unusual”..but..that’s all..that’s me, maybe cause i’m french. Anyway, one more time..Good, good, good work..!

I was brought here by _ghost(or Ghostrust)’s piece, only finding “this” recently.

Many times remixes or alterations of amazing pieces end up being let-downs to themselves and the original, but I have to say this is not one of them! (that sounded cliché D:)

I wish I knew how to favourite artists and songs, but I don’t have the time currently to find out.

I imagined my compliments much more sophistocated in my head, oh well. :]

All I can say is - this is lovely!

Regards,
Casey~

Oh, um… (*makes fool of self*), I forgot to ask if you don’t mind posting the ‘lyrics’, not sure if they were that or citings from the Buddhist book - getting off track - pretty please could I have the lyrics Yvonne, please? :]

Thank you Casey,

I’m really glad you liked the track. I’m a big fan of _ghost. He makes some stunningly beautiful music. I’m just riding on his coattails.

I’ve put up the lyrics as per your request. :-)
Thanks again for listening.

Very much so my pleasure, thanks for your time. :]

It’s surprising how long hope lasts, I suppose that depends on the person - however, I say this because of the relevance of the lyrics (upon reading back, I suppose it’s relevant to everyone, I just thought to say! :D~), especially;

Never ending strain, that which is life
In an endless wheel, of love and love and strife
Sun comes up again, only to go down once more
Do not fight the fight, it’s just life, just life
