first, this is excellent. you really blow my mind with your creativity. i feel as if you almost create a language with your mixes. second, your message touched my soul. i love the concept behind this track - using all ‘recylced’ instruments is genius and so on target. third, your tracks have this way of opening the chakras. root to crown. thank you for this creation.

are all of these samples your own? amazing sounds.

Thank you. About the same time this project was launched, I recently stumbled upon SampleOddity’s “ Peculiar Percussion” free sample library and I already like naturaly created sounds and I thought, “what better sounds to use to promote a green initiative project?” Anyways, I only ended up using a few sounds from that library, I used some of my own field recordings, but most of the track is composed of samples from a junkyard rhythms collection. I felt this was the perfect time to make the junkyard sing to the point it makes one feel these things are not trash at all, but things that still hold value for other purposes if reused, recycled, and remixed. The track took me about 9 hours to complete. I only used a sliver of your vocals from “Harmony” that I took advantage of to compliment the section in track that gets into kind of a “breakdown.” I’m happy to be able to create music for a good cause, music that makes a difference and moves people.

First, I have to mention again - great idea and production.
Your track is very exciting from the beginning until the end, although there is almost only a “drum”.
This is great art!

Great take on the recycle/reuse concept. Terrific description of how you went about doing it.

I have a feeling this will be reused and recycled in other tracks for this theme.

Nice one. Happy new year.

Nicely done. With or without the adherence to theme it’s an excellent piece that stands on it’s own.
