Great sensibilities and vision. The live feel really matches the vocals, cleverly conceived and executed.
I know you are capable of so many styles and this just fitted perfectly. Some would have tried to show off, you did what was right for the song. |

is that you on the uke? drums? bass? wow Kara, your production continues to become more and more pro. I remixed this track years ago and i’m loving listening to it through such a new lense. this is such a cool blend of rock, electronic and funky groove. you are amazing!

Awww… thanks a ton, snow! That’s me on the uke, played the bass on a midi keyboard, sliced and diced drum loops, and the funky guitar line is actually a loop, too. I got lucky and stumbled upon it first thing. :) I struggled with getting the levels right, so I’m esp. delighted to hear that the production worked.

I can hear the fun! I have been dilly dallying around all morning trying to get down to business despite the distraction of the secret mixter — I don’t know if this will finally get me out the door with its down home groove or entices me to just stay close to the stereo. Bravo!
