Yeah CDK, you did ya thing on this one. Basically, I don’t like reviewing stuff that remixes anything I’ve done because it can feel *dishonest* or whatever the opposite of humble is, so a lot of times I’ll just avoid it all together. The main reason why I like this one is the very tight vocal sync and the no frills beat. Tightly synced vocals are always respected on this side!! It can totally ruin an otherwise great remix. As far as the “no frills” beat goes - its all butta babeeee!! :) A lot of times I’m guilty of over producing a beat when what would’ve worked was something straight forward, funky and fresh…..like this one. Good stuff.
