I tend to come with something I like and dwell on it literaly for hours making the smallest of changes. Sometimes I don’t even know if it makes a difference in the final outcome except to please the nitpicker in me. Then I realize a couple of things: 1 - Its Saturday around 4:00-5:00 pm and I’ve been working on this since early this morning, 2 - I’m a LOSER!!! So now its rush time to put some sort of structure to it, upload it, call it a day & hit the streets…..I’d be a terrible QC manager :) |

yea it’s noisy but somehow still a tight production — and I cracked up pretty hard by the time hits the HATE U part.

I STILL have not been able to pick up my jaw from the floor… AND, believe it or not, I streamed the song based on the title before I even read the song bio, AND it took me a minute before I even REALIZED what you used. I guess those drums had me hooked for a second, and the sub-bass and the airy pads/synths really do add enough of a flavor that I heard the piano melody entirely different in my head this time. Simply amazing my brother. |
