Ambient might be in the eyes of the beholder, and Heaven knows we throw the term “ambient” onto all sorts of things, but this one seems dis-served by the appellation ambient. Instead, it’s electronica with some techno flourishes. But all that’s just words, I suppose—except that when you use “ambient” rather than “electronica” in your title, then a number of listeners will expect beatless focus on sound, and not an electronica dance track, and you don’t gain your most likely target appreciative listener.

The melody is really appealing.
It has a nice feel to it, ethereal and yet properly placed in the mix.

Indeed, I’d like to hear the melodic beats without the very drum-machine-ish percussion, instead just the beats and the soft percussion pad, in the way that someone like Psonikadia might do.

I like the way that this one just hovers melodically so well. It might be fun to mix in some further atmospheric pads to give it a little more body, but, really, it works well as it is.

I enjoyed listening to this one.

Voyager in space is a good image, but actually, I meant a backing drone that gives a little body behind the cool melody, by way of contrast.
