Disagree with anyone who says this is unexpected. We are all in a pressure cooker these days so the slightest nudge towards emotional intensity is bound to explode in the creative process if we allow it. Once freed, however, it is wise to allow it to gather the fragments together and nurse it back to something resembling human form again. Hope you are recovering :-)…
