Bring It To Me

Admittedly in many remixes I try to play something special with my guitar. Maybe not fast or complicated licks all the time (okay, sometimes…) but very often complex and/ or open chords and stuff… And so most of the time I forget how much fun it is to play the basic stuff, like a simple, cool rock ‘n’ roll riff. The great vocals of CSM gave me the chance to proof, that I still got it in me. So, eat this…! :)
Note: Before I did this remix I only listened to CSM`s vocals, not to the fully mixed song. I do this most of the time cause I don`t wanna be influenced by the original version. It`s strange, but it turned out that I picked the same drumtrack by Bill Ray, wich works perfectly with the vocals. I just arranged the drums in a different way… Vocals: Calling Sister Midnight (Roancito). Drums: Bill Ray. Guitars recorded with Ibanez 7-String and Mesa/Boogie studio preamp. And a Capo… :) Bass: VST.
