We strongly urge you to read this instruction manual in full prior to starting your audio therapy, in order to gain the maximum benefit.

A great deal of care has gone into this product, and it’s subsequent testing, and only the top of the line audio equipment was used in it’s production. The result is a high quality recording which will surely fulfill all of your therapeutic needs without any of the headaches or disorientation associated with other, cheaper products.

Our recordings are also made with the highest integrity standard in the industry, so rest assured, there is no secondary agenda associated with any of the messages on this or any other “Mind’s Journey” recording.

While it is not necessary to sleep while listening to this recording, we highly recommend that you are in a relaxed position, preferably lying down or seated in a comfortable reclining chair. We also recommend the use of headphones, high definition if possible. If you wish to purchase high definition headphones, you will find many varieties of colours and styles at our website, all at an affordable price. We also recommend listening in low light conditions, allowing your sense of hearing to take precedence over your sense of sight. Make sure the volume is high enough to allow the full tonal pallet to be present, while not so loud as to damage your ears.

Once you have done all this, you are ready to begin, and need only press play on your CD player. Now, just relax, take a deep breath, and you are ready to begin the journey into your own mind.

You may find the it difficult to make out what is being said in the recording. This is done so that your subconscious may be reached directly. It is unwise to try and force yourself to hear the messages, as it could diminish the effect and may cause migraines in some cases.

Repeat your listening session at least once a week, preferably at the same time and place, and over the course of a couple months, you should begin to find you are more confident, and assertive in social situations. Gradually, your anxiety should diminish to the point where it is virtually non-existent. It would be wise to continue your audio therapy for a few weeks after.
