So many times on the mixter I hear artists whose work I admire as musicians and as remixers. So often they humble me, as my own skills run in other directions, and are cobbled together with freeware and bailing wire. Aamu is one of the mixters whose work I always find complex and fascinating. I was pleased—and humbled—to draw him as my secret mixter. I have not done him justice here, but I’ve at least sought (with my ghost light)to seek out truth.
In Gurdon, Arkansas, a headless railway man walks along the tracks, holding a light aloft. I have seen that light, in all its science-fiction glory, and I share its illumination with you now.
