This really happened, except the gun is a metaphor. I had to get it out of my system somehow as I have a tendency to hold a grudge, and I prefer to start the new year fresh. Special thanks to Audiotechnica for capturing the absolutely right feel for this track with his post-punk bass part, and to Haskel (aka HEJ31) for his inimitably expressive guitar playing.
