Had a melody in my head. Recorded my humming with the phone. Wrote down the words. Gave it all to AI. Got the song back. Took stems to DAW. Chopped them up, rearranged, threw away some, added some, replaced the bass. Mixed it down and here it is.

Information overload, a blizzard in my brain Every fact comes with a shadow, every pleasure with a pain They’re selling me a lifestyle, they’re selling me a lie Framed in high definition while the real world passes by I see a thousand faces, but I don’t see a soul Just avatars and algorithms playing out a role They tell me “stay connected,” but I’ve never felt so lone A king of a kingdom built on silicon and bone. Break the circuit, cut the wire Everything is burning in a silent fire The truth is buried under mountains of “maybe” And the world’s gone loud, and the world’s gone crazy. So I’m standing on the corner, watching traffic flow like code Wondering if I’m actually even on the road Is that a smile or a filter? Is that a heart or a click? The pace of the “update” is making me sick Give me something solid, give me something I can feel Before the boundary vanishes between the fake and real Too much data, not enough sense I’m just a man sitting on a barbed-wire fence.
