very, very nice, Ivan. wonderful job on marrying the guitar to your Pacific Rim BT & getting the full sound you did from an admittedly less than perfect sample. 432 ’s.

The quality of the sample didn’t matter to me, really. The soul of the song was more important. It was your stem that inspired the mood and feel. There was an inherent ‘mindfulness’ in it. Thank you for the inspiration.

Lovely, gentle and beguiling. I floated along on this mix most enjoyably. xxxx

I hear less Old man and the sea; and more the optimism and joy of setting off on a great journey.

Terrific, terrific track. Really enjoying this.

You’re right. It is about optimism and joy and an adventure. Which is how I interpretated Hemingway’s novel. While the old man might have suffered a loss, he wasn’t worse off than before. He struggled, he won, and then he lost it. But he will have another day at the sea. Perhaps not the same experience but that’s what adventures are about. OK, I rambled… Thanks for the comment!

What a delightful sonic journey. I could listen to listen for long periods of time, letting my mind drift like a raft on the sea. I can almost hear the gulls softly calling in the distance and the sun is gently warm.

“The sun is gently warm” sounds like a great title for a song! :) Thanks so much for listening and for the comment. Very much appreciated.

The best kind of easy listening. The kind that’s not boring. Very nicely done.
