Oh child. Sometimes you are just too much. Now if I recall, in the British lexicon, and this is only by digging up hazy memories of my doomed marriage to a Scot, biscuits are cookies? But just more buttery and not with sweet fillings?
This made me giggle and it’s been rough round here as of late. Thanks.

Hey now. Let’s say for the sake of argument that you made this half as a joke … in which case I will have to thoroughly annoy you by quite seriously liking it.

There’s something in this one that is considerably deeper and better than it at first glance pretends to be. If that makes sense. Not that it has to. Because I am slightly pissed - in the British meaning of the word.

I will come back in the morning and listen again; but my prediction is this: I will still like it, and I will still think of it as a serious piece of music.

So there. Sue me.

Well I like sober and drunken reviews both states can produce a perception of an idea that makes sense.

The original demo was submitted as a joke to the Art Director. The video showed practically orgasmic monks and nuns going into raptures about a certain biscuit. So I took the idea one step further and brought Jesus and Mary into the story knowing full well the AD would have a seizure at the very thought. He came back saying monks and nuns were OK but Jesus and Mary were definitely a No! No!

I’ve been doing some housekeeping and this little gem was uncovered. I had to remove the brand names and the original girl vocalists part for copyright reasons but as the idea was never used the use of it remains mine.

even though couched in a tongue in cheek stance this offering is still worthy of hymn status - a true spiritual “bikky” - transubstantiation of the Host in a more palatable form than a scant communion wafer. Loved it RT.
