Wow this is a great production. That synth sax is just perfection. I totally feel the synth-era Stevie Wonder vibe. : )

thanks teru.
The fake sax solo came out better than I thought (I just played a lot and snipped out all the really dreadful bits) - but a real sax would be so much better (must practise my soprano).
Some of the percussion is a little cheesy (laziness), but I was pleased with the harmonies. lol

This is very Beautiful. I can feel all the color in this. Great use of the sax and keys. I love the cool claps, and the very lite drums. Great production, Great mix.

Thanks, OD! I’m so old school with my emphasis on trying to write solid songs & really sing a song as opposed to just doing scales and other tired tricks. It always catches me offguard when folks like yourself give my me such kind messages. Your compliment is GREATLY appreciated! & Don’t worry, I got more songs to let y’all put your amazing imaginations to - fa sho’!!!

This is excellent. It feels just right—“inspired by” but not “in slavish imitation of”. Really solid work.

thanks, that’s what I hoped for - and I did find the strengh of the vocals made it (relatively) easy.

Fine and subtile, nice intro and the virtual sax is played really good. I wouldn´t have had detect it immediately, but then read the other comments. Haha! Very good!
Must been have kind of tricky playing all this phrases. The double handclap is a very beautiful detail. Awesome organ panned on the left side. That-s amazing!
Overall some very unique style and arrangement.

I love this one. Played it 1,000,019 times over Spring/Summer 2007. And I still love it.
