Thanks Anchor, it was very much the simplicity of the original that I wanted to preserve.

I thought I knew your musical style, but this surprised the heck out of me, in the best possible way.

You have created a very special thing here. I absolutely love what you’ve done in the verse with how the individual melody elements
playfully interact - and then created a refrain that breaks from the verse but still retains that common thread.

This is thoroughly enjoyable. I’m impressed. Worse yet: inspired.

Masterpiece. No question. Completely beautiful. I’ll only add that DB has the most marvellous voice. You know I’d recommend if I could. xxxxx

It sounded like there’s a touch of medieval magic in this. With hints of Tangerine Dream and Mike Oldfield (I hope you’re not offended when I mention other musicians. I’m aware some musicians don’t like this but I’d hazard a guess you’re more open-minded than that). Anyway, the subtle changes in melody and arrangement… i will be listening to this again and again, as a study.

Thanks Ivan - no problem with being compared to musicians like those!

Astonished and enchanted. I listened to this in silence and attention, and waited until the end to recommend it even if i felt like doing it after few seconds. I will download and listen again and again, I feel this time we have a masterpiece in front of us, with beautiful voice, beautiful chords, beautiful sounds, beautiful arrangement, beautiful production. Why cannot I edpick??

Delicate, mysterious, evocative, and
gentle. Like the November prairie fog which envelopes bare trees. Pacific mist on an April morning in the San Gabriel Mountains. Like the stark colors of wild, dead grasses on rolling hills outside Wichita Falls. Red-shouldered hawks, and street lights, and unanswered questions.
Wonderful mix.

I just wanna repeat Carosone’s comment:
‘…we have a masterpiece in front of us, with beautiful voice, beautiful chords, beautiful sounds, beautiful arrangement, beautiful production’.
Nothing to add.

Blown away, just couldn’t get enough of this song, great job all around. The tempo of the track the way it evolves. And the lyrics wow..her tone is awesome, the piano melody, just everything delighted my senses. Just awesome piece of work. A simply beautiful marriage.

I really like how open this is and not cluttered. Sometimes less is more and to showcase Lisa’s beautiful vocal. Great job to all :)

This is spectacular. I value the rare tunes that aren’t the typical, overdone “love songs” we are tortured with day in and day on. Accompaniment doesn’t get in the way of the exquisite, lyrical yet simple vocals, but can stand alone as beautiful ambient sounds… This is a winner! I’m definitely going to use it in one of my nature vids… Thanks!

I keep on listening to this song. I love Lisa voice, i really like how you build music “around” her voice. Really, really well done. Emotions.
