Oh yes! I was starting to experience withdrawal symptoms from not having an OD/CB song in such a long time and now I feel like I have been reinfused with the inimitable magic that occurs when the two of you put your talents together. How delicious is your playing Old Dog?
Very! And Ciggi’s voice and phrasing are just classic!

I was looking the other day and found that there are reportedly over 2 1/2 Million songs in copyright / written not including traditional and classical.

I bet there is not one that ends with the lyric ` giving him a clout ’

cool and unmistakably you two.( and not : U2 )

The piano is absolutely lovely. The sound of the piano is beautiful - and you have a very sensitive touch.

Just great.

The piano playing is so inspired, natural, laidback and cool. Ciggi’s singing, the alternations between almost small talking and singing and the way her voice elegantly floats above the piano, with great confidence catching those semi and quarter notes is sublime. Never heard Ciggi doing a better performance technically. Love it!

Thanks - your beautiful track was the starting point for Ciggi’s song, and it was a pleasure to work with.

Thanks too to everyone else for the comments.

Thanks - and the backing track is up now - without that annoying voice cluttering it up ;)

Plus the piano track on its own.

yeah you know that piano is just perfect. Ciggy just always reminds me of home, Michael Caine, Mini Cooper, and sawdust on the floor at the Red Lion, all thats very good by the way.

I just missed this and came here after Scomber’s remix, where I noticed an inspired piano part adn discovered it’s been there for a while…Just want to write, if you didn’t catch it from the previous reviews, that the piano is great!
