Thanks Ivan. I’ve liked this pell for a long time and always intended to do something with it. When you used it recently I was reminded and inspired.

I love this. I don’t know why, but I just do. Even though it is not your spoken word, it is still assembled in your inimitable style.

The 80s groove, and the recurring reference to the first line about the rusting bike, which makes a surprisingly good hook… its as catchy as anything I’ve heard you do.

Thanks audiotechnica. I’ve wanted to do something with cybarflint’s pell for a long time and when I heard ‘back talk’ I felt that I’d found the right b/t.

In my humble opinion this is your best work as a remixer to date. It’s catchy, technically flawless and you’ve got very good taste when cherry picking from the acapella archive.

Thank you St Paul! I am keen to try more remixing of others’ work like this. As I mentioned above, I’ve had cybarflint’s pell up my sleeve for a little while and happily found audiotechnica’s ‘back talk’ to accompany it. It was a bit of a risk adding the synth parts but people seem to like it so I’m glad it works.
