I am wondering whether this is within the limits of copyright protection. It seems to have the notes of popular “Don’t look any further” by Dennis Edwards in it. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don%27t_Look_Any_Further)

Hypnotic groove and all the better for it!

As mentioned it does have a few of the same notes as the song referred to but when you only have 12 tones to play with it’s bound to happen

Well, the groove is just the same as the original or, if you like to, just exactly as the commercially successful cover version published by Incognito. Thus, this piece is too close to the original, and it’s definitely more than 12 tones from the original ;-)

Sorry for being so direct, but I am a bit irritated by hearing this on a network which explicitly exists to avoid copyright infringement.
