Thanks Deb. I use a Groove Tube 60 (condenser tube mic). I record with a pop screen, and a velvet curtain behind the mic. Also, I cleaned up the file in many parts (but not all) removing breath sounds, ambient sounds that may have been picked up by the mic. In this case, as the pella is from a remix (that I unpublished) I also trimmed around the vocal parts as the effects add noise to the track. I actually have a cleaner version of the preview vocal I hope to upload… just need to find some time…Thanks again.
