Just tried importing the MIDI. Nope, doesn’t work. I’ll work with your MP3s instead. I have an idea for these stems but it may not be very clever or original :) I really like this arrangement. The drums are also killer.

Some sounded quite OK. In fact, thanks for the MIDI files, it’s now expanded what I originally wanted to do. But the bass MIDI didn’t quite come up (would be cool if you could upload the MP3 for the Bass, but it’s not a big problem if you don’t). Just started working on the mix… I’ve rearranged your sequence to fit the conventional 4/4 measure. Not too imaginative, I’m afraid :)

Quote: Ivan ChewBut the bass MIDI didn’t quite come up (would be cool if you could upload the MP3 for the Bass …It’s me again (sorry!) Just to let you know I came up with the bass track. Managed to get one bass track from your MIDI file (maybe that was the complete one). I modified it and the final track should be ready in a few days.

Would love to hear more about how you tweak the midi cc’s and your synth to get that “someone is really playing a guitar”-feel. Sounds awesome!

Hey Rev! yeah man its pretty much just the Salyer 2 vst, then tweaking the settings actually.
