Abhi! is a 18 year-old aspiring rap artist. With musical influences ranging from B.o.B., Lupe Fiasco and Kanye West to Phantom Planet and N.E.R.D., He does not restrict his style with any boundaries or limits. Avoiding the traditional view of hip hop, Abhi! intends to make a name for himself, not as a rapper, but as an artist. Abhi!’s music is regularly played on Fiji’s 2dayFm (104), and also on local Australian radio stations such as ABC Triple J radio. Abhi!’s music has won many prizes for numerous local talent competitions, and he also regularly performs live at local bars, clubs and open venues.

His new album “Before My Eyes” is uploaded for FREE download on his reverbnation, myspace and unsigned pages (check the links below). The tracklisting features guest performances from JayJay, Nysmat, Jasmine Duxbury and E.3.

He is the producer, engineer, mixer and performer of his own material in home studio, in his basement. He works with a studio Nova microphone, M-audio Keyboard and Logic Pro 8.
