Ableton Live 6, Native instruments komplete 4, NI Kore, Emu1616, Music XPC M3x laptop, M-audio Axiom49, my brain, my fingers.
Samples I Used
Vox, samba loop, and guitar taken from Tamy's "Cidade Sol". DnB loop taken from Native Instruments Guiatr rig library. All other sounds played or programmed by me.
Original Samples
Drum tracks created using NI Battery 3. Additional sfx and synth sounds created with Live plugin suite and NI reaktor.
Process
I don't remember, but it went something like this:
Click...click..click....shortcut...think think think...click click...double click...render file.
Other Notes
This is my first remix attempt and I loved it. Would love to take part in more contests like this one. Hopefully, next time I'll get payed or win something like a trip to Dubai or a gold, diamond-encrusted Rolex watch. I really need that. that's what all the rappers wear now, so I need that.
