i understand we’re a great big community of talented artists who just want to make music. that said, attempting to remix artists who don’t provide stems is a pain in my farking ask. completed tracks are not sufficient to work with for remixes. imo, there should be a requirement for secret mixters to provide stems in order to participate.

Well, there is but it’s hidden under the FAQ button (itself not all that noticeable) where it says “Specifically: you must have uploaded at least 2 samples OR 1 a cappella.”

I understand your pain (and I bet I know who you drew), but here’s hoping you can find some enjoyment in the challenge.
