I often encounter songs, mostly the beats of some hip hop songs, to be sampled on CCmixter, but just showing the acapella as sampling source. I am pretty sure that those samples are not under some CC license, as they mostly sound like some old soul samples. Most of the time the samples are sliced and I am not sure if the original song could even be found out or some fair use paragraph allows to use the sample.

My question simply is, should I flag those? There are some very old and popular ones and I doubt that nobody realized that those are sampled and the source isn’t mentioned
