son, you packed that with more hooks than a trot line. the harmonies, the single hot snare pop in the middle of verse two, the little Randy California thing you do on the guitar in the outro. you’re a star in my book. thanks!

Boy I’m glad I went first. I don’t think I would have tried it if I’d heard this. Love the harmonies… how did you do that?

Thanks admiralbob
I was about 75% of the way through this when I heard your mix this morning and I tell you it made me very nervous. The harmonies are multiple pitch shifts to midi chord input. If you have endless time and patience you could do it manually otherwise there are plenty of hardware/software solutions out there. |

So glad to see/hear you survived the holidays. And what a return…
The production and mix is stunning, the guitars, organ, drumming everything is just perfect. As Panu mentioned, this mix is so packed with great harmonies. Harmonies of the heartwarming kind. Must confess I melt completely. 798:s (copyright Panu Moon) |

This is going straight into my recycling favourites playlist. I’ve invented it especially for this mix because it is just out of this world (and so safe from being polluted). Paul&Panu are always on my favourites menu, in fact, with mayonnaise on the side. xxxx

Oh yeah—Recycle This is a home-run right over a huge field of organic soybeans! Panu’s lyrics and melody are warm and heartfelt—and your track makes them sparkle like a midwestern sunset.

Awesome. It’s like it was meant to be. You have such a read on how to play panu that it’s scary. It’s really a match made in heaven for me, and this track is just soooooo good, it could be the theme song for the conference itself. such a great representation of what ccmixter is all about.
